The combination of the sharply flavoured Mexican Arabica coffees aligned to the fuller bodied bean qualities creates the perfect blend for the “Pure Mountain Water Decaffeination Process” coffee, a process which allows the natural flavours of the original coffee to be retained whilst reducing the caffeine content. There are no solvents used at all in the Mexican Pure Mountain Process which allows for the true flavours to be held within the coffee, creating a finely balanced, bodied cup with flavoured high notes.
