I have recently been inspired to record a guide meditation, specifically to enable a deeper and more profound, loving connection between you and one of your much loved animals. Every time I look at that image, I can feel a surge of love in my heart and between the pony and the owner of the hand, who happens to be my nephew. He met this pony one wet Sunday afternoon, when he went for a walk from his student house.
