By spending time outdoors in nature, children Beautifully hand illustrated and created by Eco Explorers Bush Kindy Facilitator, Artist and Primary School Teacher Kate Rijs in consultation with Eco Explorers Founder and Mental Health Worker, Melinda Bito to bring awareness and a deep connection nature to support your child’s well-being and mental health. The mindful in nature printable help children discover the benefits of mindfulness, relaxation and self-care at an early age. Mindfulness is learning to be fully present in the moment and can help children to get in touch with their thoughts and feelings, improve their concentration, lower their levels of stress and anxiety and boost positive feelings. Ages: 3 – 11 years About the artist  Kate Rijs is an artist, qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher, Art Teacher and Outdoor Educator who feels that she is at her happiest when she is out in nature. Kate is passionate about creativity and loves nurturing creativity and imagination in both children and adults. She believes that nature is the best classroom that there is because it provides countless opportunities for developing these qualities.
